I love the staff here. They go beyond to assist you. Friendly, funny and kind. Also, they have a hot and cold nutritional breakfast. They don't have a lot of items, but you do get all you need to start the day. I liked having a garage under the hotel for your car. There was an easy access to and from the garage both walking and driving. There is a mall and a metro station within a 10 min walk from the hotel. Cosy little hotel for a short time stay.

This hotel is excellent value for money. We had a very comfortable stay there. A short walk to train station/shopping centre. Then 30 minutes into city centre. Clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with a varied selection of food.

Room volume, good ventilation the possibility to open a window, and clean and modern bath and bed were excellent. In advance breakfast until 10:00 and tea during the day were included. It is also very close to the ARN airport.

We got in mid afternoon, and we were greeted by a lady named Josephine.... who was the absolute sweetest. The hotel looked a bit plain on the outside and it was right by the freeway and we weren't really sure what kind of hotel it was, but we decided to take a chance anyway. It's a good thing we did because it really was a unique and beautiful hotel on the inside, with beautiful art on the walls and very organized. It was quiet and cozy, walking distance to a mall and the metro station, and there were all kinds of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The room was super clean and very neat. There was a gym right outside our room, and everything was soundproofed, so we slept like babies. The staff was awesome, great, and kind people who went beyond our expectations in their service to us. The breakfast was fabulous, not a whole lot of stuff, but they had hot and cold items, fresh veggies, bread, cheeses, all the regular drinks, and everything tasted wonderful. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel.

1) possibility of negotiating a room change. After the first night on the ground floor, I realized that it was going to bo too loud, since the room is just behind the canteen area, where people tend to gather for about 3 hours in the morning for breakfast. Luckily, agreed to change a room and the problem was solved. 2) don't disturb paper literally means no one will enter a room. Read that the hotel is heading to more eco-friendly cleaning rules -> if stay less then 4 days, no one will clean the room until asked so, which is great. (with a note that at the moment rules are not in place yet, since the cleaning lady came to my first room next morning :D)
